Bird watching terminology?

Can anyone help me with some bird watching terminology? I put together a small database to help me remember the English and Hungarian names of birds and have now started to add additional information for each species.

What I want to know is if there is a standard terminology to describe whether a bird is native or migratory and to describe the times of the year when it is likely to be seen.

If anyone can help or point me in the direction of a website where I may find these I'd appreciate it.
