You need to stock up on supplies now. My guess is the coming fall and winter will be the time things begin to fall apart.
Regarding the wild animals. Perhaps you should refrain from any contact with them as well. If it is already dead or looks sick, that is warning enough. If it does not look sick, that does not mean it isn't carrying the virus.....be careful and good luck.

here are less people but still we get all the stuff the towns have too, little later, but we get them too. The advice for hunters here is that it is much safer to shoot and eat wild animals as the sickness shows itself very fast. So if I shoot a healthy looking and moving animals I should be quite safe. The virus hasnt come up to us yet. Its still down in the south of sweden. I believe in spring or summer it will come up with the birds too.
