Birch Spoon / Spurtle for porridge shovelling!

Hi guys
We needed a porridge making implement so here’s my attempt complete with thistle top for authenticity!! And to be honest my lovely wife is getting fed up with little folks running round the house
Don’t want to start any trouble about spoons or Spurtles so I think I’ll stick with a spoon - mainly cos it’s a Spoon !

The wood is fresh birch it’s had a coat of oil but needs a couple more

The idea of the offset pointy end is to be able to get into the “corner “ of the saucepan whilst leaving a flat face on the bottom surface assuming your right handed - Still to be tested !!
