hi guys
just come back from an after-school outing to collect birch sap taps a put out yesterday, whent to collect yesterday evening, and today at luch and again this evening, they were overflowing again, i now have approaching 6 litres of sap thats beng kept in the freezer.
what should i do with it, wine, beer, syrup, has any one tried more that one of these and which would you recommend?
btw the taps are still out there, just on a different set of trees.
