Which is currently the best available head lamp with changeable batteries?

And why?

not saying it's the best, BUT i'm happy with my "fenix hl23" since over six years: takes one AA battery , waterproof (thanks to an O-ring, a must in a rainforest environment...), aluminium body and a "delay switch"(== you have to hold the on/off button 3seconds to switch on/off which greatly reduces risk of accidentally coming on in your pocket) -- when i got robbed 3years ago these (insert string of swearing) scumbags weren't able to figure it out and thought the torch was broken which is why i still have it....

Probably is a Zebralight.
Either H53 series as a single AA or one of the 18650 H600 series.
Why? Small, efficient boost driver, and electronics are potted (sealed).
