Just a thought, I now use a folder for general use because of the legal situation.
The one I have is the "British Army Knife", it's Sheffield made, holds a good edge & is strong.

I just recently got myself an EKA Wilderness knife and am now getting a Mora.
And pumbaa, the problems that you are currently sorting out sound like the ones I have now but I suppose it's not that unusual when i'm 18. Although my anger is getting seriously scary, and my depression too.
