Size 1 Back length: 34 - 40cm
Typical height: 5'0" - 5'5" (153 - 165cm)

Size 2 Back length: 38 - 43cm
Typical height: 5'3" - 5'8" (160 - 173cm)

Size 3 Back length: 43 - 48cm
Typical height: 5'8" - 5'11" (170 - 183cm)

Size 4 Back length: 48 - 54cm
Typical height: 6'0" - 6'6" (183 - 198cm)

Yep, the pockets zip together but the yolk to make a daysack isn't included.
