Ben Orford Woodlander custom knife:AEB-L, 3.5” x 3mm, Olive Ash Scales, Black Liners, Leather Sheath, Matching Firesteel.

A stunning custom made model in what I think is the perfect size for bushcraft. The scales are bookend matched stunning Olive Ash which is rare and from the denser heart of the tree, with a superb AEB-L blade that holds an amazing edge. The blade has a stone wash finish is to make it easier to maintain. I had Ben modify the spine by rounding it for carving but it still has a good portion squared for striking a Firesteel. The leather sheath is handmade by Ben’s partner Lois in Orford Coyote Tan and is superb with Firesteel holder.

Everything in excellent condition and the knife has not had a lot of use, only carving mainly and no battoning. It has only ever been stropped which all that is required to keep a razor edge.

Reluctant sale of a truly superb knife that cost over £500 new.
