Bear encounter in Transylvanian forest

i was supposed to go out there on a fact finding mission for my company 2 years ago. We were looking to set up a charity link with the scientist out there studying the bears. though to be honest, if that had been me, I would have been glad it was a string hammock. A lot easier to clean. Far too close for my liking.
discovery channel -now broadcasting in the UK - is full of `scientific` studies from people -interacting with `bears` hand feeding them food !!! Now what i can gather is they, have all been hand fed `food `from an early age ??
not one of them has approached a fully grown `wild` animal and tried to hand feed it nuts !!!
A well known guy(bear hugger) in the states disappeared a year or ago or so -only his camera was found !!! They are wild animals !! be carefull out there !!!
