just in case you don´t know how to make pizza on your next trip here´s an old idea from Australian outback an the Texas wildland: all sorts of steel have been used as grills, pans etc.
Here´s something I wouldn´t take on a bike tour - for a camp in the backgarden or on vehicle trips it`ll do the job:
a plough (plow) disc with 3 feet and a handle attached (welded or bolted). Clean and season before preparing your meals on it ...

If you don´t have a welder or metal drilling equippment to do the hard work you could also ask your local metal shop or blacksmith to make one.
Or you just buy one

Thanks for that I feel the need to start cutting up another couple of gas bottles perhaps a dutch oven and a skillet for the lid ? Is the steel they are made out of ok to season and cookin tho
