BBC1 Country tracks wed, RM?

Wednesday night 1:30 am, there is a prgrame on BBC1 called country tracks.
Is this the one with Ray Mears???

i think its the new one, thats on bbc sundays at 11am without RM. but as per usual i might be wrong

It just seems to be largely cobbled together with old bits of Countryfile and the odd new link. Recycling!
