For some it may be interesting if they wish to appear on a TV gameshow, but it does explain the protien and what is needed to live off. Plus why ther west do not do this sort of eating insects.

I don't think it's just the grue factor, but in the West we don't really have bulk quanitites of protein rich insects anyway.
Rabbit starvation in a miniature way, iimmc.

Different matter when someone lives where big fat juicy grubs weigh in at a couple of ounces each though.

Sometimes I'm *really* glad I'm vegetarian .......and the thought of moth larvae, etc in the muesli is enough to put me off the stuff for life
