Nope, what you're seeing is a seller who has their eBay listing(s) set as 'Good Until Cancelled' ~ and for stock on this listing to show as at least 10 available. When the stock runs low some sellers* revise the listed price up to a silly price to stop people buying the remaining item(s) and, in doing so, they protect their listings position ~ it's also quicker, easier and cheaper to revise an item than it is to relist it .



* Ronnie Sunshine is also quite (in)famous on this forum for adopting this tactic .
