Haha remember that night?
2 cups flour
1 cup powdered milk
1 egg
2 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
erm.. i've never put baking powder in my pancakes, but yes, slightly like it, normally I forget the egg, as they tend to break while in transit.
What consistency do you mix the dough to?
No I meant does it work if you just add some baking powder and salt to a bag of pancake mix?
it normally is, but it also normally has the powdered eggs in, which is damn hard to find.
H, just a quick question for you experienced bannock bakers, does it taste any different cook in a frying pan over a fire compared to cooking it in a fry pan on a normal ring at home? or do you think you would benefit from the flavour more if I was to make some sort of board to put near as possible to the open fire?
