Im bored, so kept the skills going by carving an adjustable pot hanger from bbq skewers and then set it up to prove it works.

I had to use a small whistle in place of a pot, i don't have a pot that small, although i did think about repurposing a thimble for the job.

Fairly easy carve with my swiss army knife and good exercise for my hands and fingers too.

And, yes, it's totally useless other than giving me something to do for ten minutes.

Nice work Mark.

Have you tried chip carving with your SAK?
Chers Steve, nope not tried chip caving with it, ive tried before with a dedicated chip knife, but never quite got my head around it, might be time to try again

I love that.
Micro carving!
Bamboo try stick next?

Although there's an excellent level of adjustability, you might want to rethink your bush pot. I can't see you making much of a cup of tea with that nice green pot.
Just trying to keep myself occupied as i can't get out and about at present, btw here's a bbq skewer try stick

I tried doing one in a cocktail stick the other day, but failed dismally, the lil green pot is ok, it whistles when it boils ;)
