The tc-7 pouch, what are the dimensions of the 2 different pockets please?

The body of the pockets are:

Large pocket: 65mm wide, 95mm high and 40mm deep.

Small pocket: 50mm wide, 95mm high and 40mm deep.

The covers will extend to hold something 160mm high.

I'm not familiar with the waist pack , are they empty or do they contain something? Or just a carrying method??

They're a simple bag with no internal organisers. They measure 38 x 16 x 9cm, ship so approximately 5.5 litres.
The waist strap can be folded away beneath the cover if you want to use it as a pocket on a larger pack.
