My late mother-in-law has had both of her hips done and she's distinctly sprightly now!
This sort of pain is temporary and hopefully swift.

Glad to hear it went well Kep. I have had both of mine done (too much tree surgery) and they’ve been great. I don’t try to be particularly careful or limit my activities, I just use my legs to walk my dog and get out as much as I can. While I can.

I’ll be at the fair, yes. I’m only 20 mins up the road so I get there a few days before and help set up, then stay and do the breakdown and tidy up.

Not sure where they’re going to put everyone though
