I've used it maybe a few dozen times, but i haven't noticed any burns or considerable wear. its a fab bit of kit, i've love it. but I need some monies (my little girl is a year old in a little over a month) and i have a cheaper tarp that works fine so the Mears tarp is up for grabs. as the link says, it doesn't come with guylines so this is a 'no strings attached' sale
