I give you.. the infamous Aussie 'FRED' (Google it if you're not familiar) ! Their version of the P38, with added spoon. Makes a super-lightweight can/bottle opener and spoon combo. NATO stock number 7330-66-010-0933. Hard to find genuine ones I understand..
