I have 6 Asparagus plants that give a good crop but they are 18 years old now. Couple of questions to anyone that has grown it is how long do they last and is it worth digging them up and splitting the plant? Watched a few youtube videos where folk have done it, does it rejuvenate the plant? I think mine still have a couple of seasons left in them but I wouldn't want to miss out on the crop as it is 1 of my favourites.
