if it's the same as the ECO green heat gel then I would avoid. I wanted to like it and for it to be useful, but I was quite dissapointed.

Greenheat with a crusader mug and the new stand tends to need two satchets of gel to boil a mug of water - which is ok.
However a US army metal mug with a US army mug stand only needs one satchet of gel - so much more fuel effective.
Having said that - as many of you have seen, I still like my Trangia!
