It needed a passcode to unlock so I couldn't phone anyone from the address book to find the owner's details. So, it (or one of them if more than one was lost) is now at Brecon Police Station.

Was it an iphone? If so you can hold down the middle button until voice search comes up, then ask for some fairly standard names and you should hopefully find one of them in order to return it.. Hope this helps..
