Have you tried a pet shop?

Just put into Google. Antler dog chews. Lots of results

Yes mate I’ve been to all the local ones but none are suitable

Wonder if it would be worth getting in touch with Will Lord, he makes knapping kits that have large pieces of antler in them, he might have a piece he would be willing to sell to you - just a thought.
