Another turned bowl

Made this one for my wife Tracy this afternoon, from a bought piece of coloured sycamore. I'm very pleased with how it came out. I think it is one of my best turning efforts to date. The wall thickness is certainly a lot better than my usual chunky efforts.

Tracy wants it as a gift for a work colleague, birthday or anniversary I'm not sure. Anyway, she is very happy now it is finished, as she has pestered me for a week about this.

Thanks guys, the wood was a really lovely bit of sycamore, even if only patterned on one side.

I was sort of nagged into this today, and didn't much fancy it, but enjoyed it once I got going.
