This is an unworn padded waistcoat purchased new from Barbour last year but never worn. The outer is a heavy knitted wool, with thick padded insulation and a cotton inner, and button fastening. Two outer pockets. Pit to pit size is approx 23" (it's a bit hard to rely on this for a waistcoat), I'm a 48" chest and 38" waist and it fastens on me, albeit a little snug.
