Another one from the depths of the man cave for sale
This design started off as a discussion on making a full tang leuku years ago. I first made one the same design as this but in 1/8" saw blade steel and handled in Gimlea Burr.

I liked the design so made another, which is the one up for sale now after hanging around for a while!
The steel is O1, 4mm thick.
The blade is 8 1/2" long, 13 1/2" overall
(yes, I know I've mixed imperial and metric.
)
The handle is Turkish walnut at the front and Cocobolo at the rear. It has been soaked in Danish Oil.
The blade has been given a forced patina in vinegar for better corrosion resistance. I did it stripey style.
The edge is convex.
This isn't a pretty drawer queen - it's definitely in the user category! The finish is not perfect with odd scratches here and there. It'll work though and it's one you won't be afraid to get dirty.
It's up at a budget price of £70 without a sheath
There will be more of this model later but they won't be at this price....
