The Dog and I decided to have a wander up on the South Downs to take in the magnificence of the eclipse. However the thick cloud put paid to that. Thankfully there is always loads to look at.

Lovely little cowslips, the whole field turns yellow when they are in full flower.
Seems to be plenty of Arum maculatum about this year.
