I really didnt think I could access the site from this location, so I never bothered.

I get all the adventure I can tolerate, every time I try to cross the roads here.

I,m still in northern China, in Yantai.

Maybe coming back to UK in around 3 weeks, but that damn fickle finger of fate is messing things up.

Not that I,ve had much chance to do a great deal, outside of work, but this is one place wherein I would not go wandering about.

On foot, youre considered fair game by the motorists and ,if they can get you while youre on the pavement, or a crossing, then so much the better.

About the best thing,here, is a small ex-pat community, something like 200 out of 6 million.

Great evenings, some real old-style characters, mostly, it seems, born about 200 years too late..
Has anyone ever noticed how compelling it can be, to listen to the misfortune of others?

Its something of a novelty, to find that youve become something of a crowd-puller, merely by being different.

Still and all, youve got to go a long way to beat being on T,Moor bah,t ,At.
