Difficult to tell from the picture but I'm wondering if they're incandescent. It says 60 Watts in the details. A 60W fluorescent lamp would normally be about five feet long and will give you a lot more light than a 60W incandescent lamp.

The dry-bags were a special from April, they're on the website in the Limited Availability section, they'll have some in some stores somewhere, but they'll not tell you which ones or how many. Good way to get you through the doors really
