If no one here has any spare, I buy my stuff from leprevo, although they have a minimum speed I think of £15?? atleast the sell what they say and maybe there is something else on the site you need.

size : same as those used on Gransfors Bruks axe sheaths guessing about 15mm in diameter if that makes sense

On my sheath they measure 15mm. here's some: buy the kit, the refills or just the tools,
