Used it when I started smoking my fish.
Never bought more bags, I started using my BBQ with home made woodchips and tree needles.

Can you get the wood dust to smolder evenly? I never can.
I've settled on apple wood chunks for smoke.
Seems about the easiest here to get in abundance.

Interesting to see Bradley smokers in the Hotsmoked website.
Very popular here, even for home made bacon.
One of Bradley's big apple wood plantations is just down the road 30 miles.
