In June this year I'm walking from my home in northern France to raise money for the Alzheimers Society. It's 400 miles and my destination is my fathers grave on Fathers Day 2015. Alzheimers killed him at the age of just 66.
I'm trying to find people who can offer me accomodation on the way. I'm an opinionated old git but am fully house trained. My route is here below and if you can help that would be very much appreciated.

Day 3 June 4 Dover to Canterbury.
Day 4 June 5 canterbury to between Sittingbourne and Gillingham.

Day 10 June 11 Bletchley to Weedon Bec
Day 11 June 12 Weedon Bec to Royal Leamington Spa
Day 12 June 13 Royal Leamington Spa to Brum
After take Shropshire Union canal to end at Ellesmere Port then walk to Birkenhead and take ferry to Liverpool. Then leeds and Liverpool canal, then Ribble Link to Preston. Then Lancaster canal.
Day 13 June 14 Selly Oak to Brewood north of Wolverhampton.
Day 14 June 15 Brewood to Market Drayton.

Alzheimers didn't kill my dad but it made the last years 'difficult'.

Best of luck to you, I'm north of the border otherwise I'd offer a place.

Sorry boisdevie, you are way south on your route that i could accommodate.

Good luck and happy times on your journey.

I hope you raise lots of offers for your accommodation on the way, perhaps a word to hostels and backpackers outfits on the web might realise some support.

All the best.
