Hey all, I'm working on re-scaling my peasant with spalted beech. It's nearly there but I messed up re-seating the bolts so I can't take it apart gain (tension is set and fine)

To finish the wood, I want to bathe it in linseed oil. Is this ok with the blade attached? Just wondering.

It should be fine - I have resoaked wood handled knives before with no ill effect - just wipe the oil off the blade before storing it long term ...it goes like a yellow toffee and takes some removal!
