A Mini Marulk and Ninja Necker

I have just finished this two blade blanks they will have Paracord for handles so i drilled a little biggar holes. The steel is 1874 a swedish carbon steel, That is 6 mm thich, 32 mm wide and 167 mm long.

And this is what i call Ninja necker and have a sabergrind.

What's the story with the ninja, is it a concealed weapon type of thing?
