Oh yes, it was about 4mm wide, hard as glass. This time I felt it go from the kidney tube into the bladder with a sharp pricking pain and almost instantly the main dull pain subsided. The actual leaving the body was painless! I was told to pee into a coffee filter and here it was!

This is about the 7th time I've had them in 25 years.

I'm ok today just feeling a bit tender on my left side.
