Hi folks, well it was just to nice not to go out today,so i took the chair back out and had a wee brew and a feed.

I took some Chorizo, tomatoes and a tortilla bread for a kebab.

Anyway heres some pics.

As the billie came to the boil, and the kebab slowly grilled,i went and picked some small Ramson leaves to go with it.
Once back at the fire,i threw the tortilla upon the embers that were left,to toast.
All that was left to do was munch it down.

And one shot to salivate over :p

Hey Stuart - Just to give you some feedback. I tried making this kebab on an overnight over the weekend. You're on to a winner!
I added some red onion to the mix but not the ramsom.

I think it's full of flavor! Highly recommended.

Hi Bill,Haha its an optical illusion,i think its the angle that the picture was taken at.If you look closely you can see the pot hanger stick coming out of the lefthand side, and the kebab stick is actually behind the billie.
It made me laugh though,i thought i had invented the floating billie technique :lmao:

I hope that makes sense.
Cheers Stuart.
