4th Knife Complete, Thoughts?

This is my fourth knife that I made for my cousin as a Christmas present. :)

The specs are:

3" 1084 blade

3.8" acacia handle

Black kydex sheath

Very nice mate, i am no fan of kydex but i just skipped that pic! I like that, why have i not got a talented cousin?

I like the knife its nice and simple, must say I don't like the Kydex looks out of place to me.. would of really looked nice in leather

Yeah, someday I'd like to learn how to do leather, but kydex is easy with the limited tools I have. My dousing also likes the more "tactical" stuff anyway. :)

Certainly looks like you hit all of the key factors. Good polish on the blade, proportions are spot on, nice combination of materials, overall finish is looks professional...

The only detractor I see is that the ol' girl cries out for a leather sheath. All that work with materials what will patinate wonderfully, only to be encased in some fugly plastic. Ugh!
