Tony has once again kindly allowed me to bring this event to your attention.

We are holding our second symposium on Habitat Management on the 1st November in Welshpool. Come along, participate, contribute, and chat with a wide range of people interested in improving biodiversity by creating and maintaining habitats.

Where abouts in Welshpool is this happening? I can’t find COWSHACC.

It's at the 1st Clive's Own Welshpool Scout Hall - but don't think 'Scout Hut' as in our day - this is a world apart :)

Exciting news! The Montgomeryshire Habitats Management Group Symposium is almost fully booked, with just a few in-person seats remaining.

But if you can’t make it to the venue – you can now join us via live stream! This is your chance to experience all the presentations, discussions, and insights from the comfort of your home :).

Here’s how you can take part:
  • In-person attendance: Only a handful of seats left – secure yours quickly!
  • Live-stream access: Enjoy the full symposium online, no travel required
Join fellow landowners and biodiversity enthusiasts to explore practical strategies for habitat management. Don’t miss out – spaces are limited!

Any chance that the live stream shall be recorded?
I had intended to join you but it clashed with Cirque at the Theatre Severn and we already had tickets.

I went to a village talk about barn owls and find that my laissez faire approach to gardening makes me a vole farmer which is good for the barn owls.
