2016 Avalanche

You might get wind of this:
5 dead and 7 injured in a big avalanche, maybe 40 minutes from my house.
Time will tell what set it off, probably the snowmobile riders, themselves.

Lots of chopper traffic over the village this afternoon = bad sign.

I just read about this on the BBC. The report suggests that the avalanche was triggered by "human activity ".
