You realize, of course, that you can use the vacuum sealer to pack your clothes for a long trip?

Many people do this to fish the northern end of Vancouver Island, up into Haida Gwaii.
BIG Tundra cooler. VacPac your oldest raggy clothes into that. Wear and toss.
Fill cooler with halibut and salmon. Take home.
