I had the argos teepee once and that is the same model. Cheap and cheerful but i would follow rick's advice.

I picked one up for the kids some time ago for a score. Never slept out in it but left out in the rain and no problems with leaking. The ground sheet is separate which should help with condensation as should the top vent, might give it a go...

The Polish Laavu is greatly improved if you do away with the centre pole and support it either internally or externally. Easiest option is three wilkinson clothesline poles - about 2.50 each. Amazing how much more space there is inside without dodging the centre pole all the time!
