Anyone seen this blog before? A guy is (or has been) building improvised shelters of various designs and sleeping in them - through the Scottish winter, too! Designs range from the classic to the innovative, and from practical to pretty daft! Really worth checking out though.

It's interesting also how outdoor pursuits centres come up with all sorts of daft challenges for groups to complete, but challenging people to build and occupy a shelter like one of these would be equally taxing and somehow be more satisfying...

It makes me want to go and live in the woods...
