It's funny you mention it, because last night I just tried contacting him as well about a double bit axe head. I sent him a PM here and on BCUSA but I'm not sure if he responds to pm (he might just prefer emails).

Thanks for the positive comments guys, it's much appreciated. :) Andy, I use stock removal. I buy the flat bar-stock, and grind it on down. Forging is something I'd like to try in the future for sure. I ended going with my own style, mostly influenced by the Woodlore knife.
