Thanks, @gra_farmer. The ‘magic’ number for my home contents policy is £1000 (all individual items at that value and above have to be listed), so I think it probably makes sense for me to add it on that basis, just to be on the safe side. And thanks - I’ve had quite a few knives over the years...

Thanks, @Mesquite. No paperwork, just the knife and sheath. I can’t be sure of age, but the narrower handle suggests it’s early, I think - maybe mid-90s. As for condition, do you need to see more photos?
