    My sharps collection.

Fiskars axes appearence have changed during the years. The little axe I bought sometimes mid to late 90´s. The larger is much newer, 2-3 years since I bought it.

    My sharps collection.

Bought the Fiskars because it was what I could afford. And I am not a traditionalist. And reason for taking this photo was that I had my stuff little little there and decided to put them all in one place in a duffel bag. Stuff is easier to find when all in one place. And while at it might as...

    My sharps collection.

I don´t quite understand the question; a handle is a handle. Perhaps it matters for a proffessional what material the handle is but not for me.

    WHAT DID YOU MAKE TODAY?

Now that the mace head is glued on it´s time for the handle. Nailed the wrist loop with tacks. Rest of handle will be wrapped with a long leather strip and the wrapping will cover the wrist loop tacks. But for now I don´t have any leather so that is something I will order from a webshop.

    New Mora Farnas

And finnish puukkos have been made through centuries without a handguard. That should be proof enough that a handguard is not needed in a knife for daily chores.

    What is this?

I have this one, UCO flatpack grill. I have also bough a fireproof mat (that are used under camping stoves) and cut a smaller piece to put under this. Almost no ash fall from the bottom but it never hurts to be double secure. And the piece of mat fits inside the package. Packs flat in the...

    New Mora Farnas

Why do you have the need to stabb? Unless you stabb you do not need a handguard.
