I am no cooking expert but the locals were cooking morel gozleme which is referred to as Turkish pancake as the final result is similar put at the start it is more like a very thin pastry about 2' across and is cooked on a metal plate heated by wood underneath.

Yes, the Lycian Way walk goes from Fethiye to Analya and is about 500Kms/300 Miles long and is classified as medium-hard. Best done in Feb-May or Sept-Nov, mid-summer temps here can get to 50C.
You can get full English breakfast in many places in the Fethiye area, even in my village.

I live in a village about 15 kms inland in the foothills of some fairly serious mountains. Today temp here just in 20's but can see fair bit of snow on the surrounding mountains, Intend doing some hill walking hill year.
