    Ive seen this all over the place, normally growing along side stingers, its definitely got the smell and hairyness of a woundwort, superficially looks like some stinging nettles but i cant find it anywhere online or in me books, thats untill it flowers anyway, but im impatient!! thanks...

    What dog do you have? or use for bushcrafting buddy?

    ive got a whippet cross staff, unfortunatly all the whippet comes out in a woodland setting! the paw comes up like pluto's at the first sniff of a squirrel and then shes gone!!!! wish she was better behaved as she is great company but useless as a bushcraft friend!!!

    Hornbeam

    Hi guys! Walking in the woods early spring I noticed hornbeam had been shedding the bud skins as they started to open, these where on the floor and felt quite tacky from sap, they also smelled like very strong vanilla!!! Has anyone had any use for these? Was thinking could infuse into milk??

    Buckskin ideas

    On a recent wilderness survival skills course, managed to make a nice bit of buckskin! Thing is I don't know what to do with it, moccasins would be good! It's a bit on the smallish side but pretty soft...any ideas or templates appreciated! Cheers!
