    Hey Sandbender, that Barbour is a nice bag, size looks about right and a couple of separate compartments, pricey but you get what you pay for.

    I love that Versipack setup BareThrills, that bag looks like it holds a considerable amount of gear, lots of colour choices too on the Maxp website. The Frost packs look really nice, more traditional looking

    Thanks Kepis, I have a gas-mask bag and its ok but the shoulder strap is awkwardly positioned and I dont trust the flap closure for keeping smaller items inside the bag when crossing fences or falling on my butt on wet grass :)

    Multi tool

    I second that, a handy backup tool for the car where you might not want to leave your Leatherman permanently, or the shed, or toolbox. Wouldnt go replacing my wave with one though

    SAK Vs Leatherman

    Usually edc a SAK Soldier in my pocket and a Leatherman Wave in my bag, sak does nearly everything the wave does but the big advantage with the wave are the pliers/wire cutters.

    Shotgun license interview help

    as long as you appear reasonably 'normal' and sane you should be fine, also remember what you wrote on your written application form (reason for licence etc, where you plan to shoot etc). Mine lasted all of about 5 minutes, he was a very pleasant chap too.

    Whittling books

    I second this, great little book got it as a pressie last Christmas, its quite small so only takes a whittle time to read it all :)
