What might have killed this fox cub?

In those circumstances I would be inclined to consider secondary poisoning.

    Suunto dive computer

I don't dive and I don't really want anything for this; I just thought it might be of use to somebody here. If anybody can make use of it you can have it for postage cost.

Fixing Long sight ( hyperopia )

I was limited as to choice as I had irregular shaping to the surface of my eyes, caused by things that were work-related, but you are informed of all the details after the initial inspection; I have Toric lenses and find it difficult to imagine how my sight could be improved.

Fixing Long sight ( hyperopia )

    Walking sticks and staffs

That's the normal measurement for a properly load bearing stick used for a medical issue where the weight of almost half the body needs to be carried straight down; walking sticks and staffs, as we use them, just need to be what suits.

    Thingymyjig - Help please

Old drain/chimney rods are a good bet, farm sales, junk shops etc.; I have a stick with various attachments using these and it has lasted many years of fairly hard use.

    Tea

What a pleasant post, you had me with you with the smelling of the tea; what a change from some of the subjects covered over the past while. My preferred way to drink tea now is 5-minute brewed Darjeeling, no sugar and just a splash of milk. I've just put the kettle on again!
