Scruff has kindly managed to get me some gourds off a market in china, where he just happens to be strolling. they are only shot bottle sized, and not sure how many hes got, but I reckon it might be doable.

Id like to do a gourd waterbottle carving/decorating workshop,however, gourds (surprisingly) are hard to source and seem to be about £18 each in china town. Unless anybody knows of anywhere they can be bought cheap?

well that proved popular, Ive got my work cut out now. I found some green strips but to my chargrin, (I didnt think of this bit before) I have to match up the reels to the corresponding other half, and while I can find plenty of course sticky black dots, the only fluffy dots are white...

Yes I think the dots are sticky backed, they are on a strip anyhow. How did I know john fenna would be interested ;) I expect at the moot you and tengu will be selling velcro and velcro related gifts!

At the charity where I work, we were generously gifted with some excess velcro from from a velcro company. A whole room full of velco infact. Strips, sheets , dots and reels of the stuff. Thank you so much velcro people for your generous gift...Of velcro. we have found many uses for it...
